Troubleshoot a connection
Fix Gmail, Meta, Google Business, LinkedIn or WhatsApp permissions without confusing drafts, destinations and publishing.
If AdSpark shows action required, first reconnect the channel or choose the requested destination. A draft can still be useful even when direct publishing is blocked: nothing goes out without your approval.
Missing permission
Restart the connection from Settings > Channels to grant the expected permission.
Missing destination
Choose the page, profile or Business account the campaign should use.
Expired token
Reconnect the account. Platforms can expire an authorization even if it worked before.
Email and SMTP
Email is ready if Gmail has send permission or if an external SMTP is configured and verified. Without that, the email content remains a draft to copy or export.

The connected Google account does not include the `gmail.send` permission. Start Connect Gmail again and accept send access.
Incomplete SMTP
Check host, port, security, username, password, sending address and test email.
Missing tracking
Stats depend on the sending mode. Manual copy or export will not report the same opens and clicks.
Meta Facebook Instagram
Meta can be connected even when Facebook or Instagram is not ready. You still need a publishable Facebook Page and, for Instagram, a linked Business account.

The Meta account lacks the required Page access. Renew the connection with the right account.

Select or link the expected Instagram Business account.

Renew Meta after checking Instagram permissions and the link with the Facebook Page.
Google Business
Google Business needs the `business.manage` permission, then an accessible profile selection. Local publishing stays blocked while either step is missing.

Reconnect Google Business and accept the Business management permission.

Sync available profiles, then choose the one that should receive local posts.
Inactive destination
If the profile is no longer available or Google asks for reconnection, fix the channel before retrying the campaign.
LinkedIn and WhatsApp
LinkedIn uses a separate OAuth connection. WhatsApp remains available for message preparation, but direct sending depends on a Business Cloud setup that may not be active.

Reconnect LinkedIn and grant the requested publishing permission.

Keep the message as copy-ready draft while the WhatsApp Business Cloud API is not configured.
Safer copy
When a channel is blocked, copying into the native tool avoids promising direct distribution that is unavailable.
When to contact support
Contact support if a clean reconnect changes nothing, if a destination visible in Google or Meta never appears in AdSpark, or if the editor repeatedly shows a server error.
Prepare
Note the channel, account, expected destination, technical message and time of the attempt.
Avoid
Do not force repeated publishing attempts while the status still says permission or destination missing.
