Review and publish a campaign

Resume a Spark, review each channel, adjust visuals, then send, publish, copy, or schedule depending on your active connections.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

An AdSpark campaign is finished channel by channel. Nothing goes out by itself: open the Spark, review the content, fix blockers, then choose Send now, Schedule, Copy, or Export depending on the channel.

My Sparks

The campaigns page prioritizes next actions: fix, finish, schedule, or review what already went out.

Editor

The editor shows the title, markets, channels, images, copy, and a live preview for the selected channel.

Human control

AdSpark can prepare and schedule, but validation stays visible before sending, publishing, or copying.

Resume the right action

From My Sparks, start with campaigns that need attention. AdSpark groups work by status so you do not have to search through a chronological archive.

Fix needed

One channel failed or needs correction before it can go out again.

To finish

Content exists, but still needs review or completion.

Ready

At least one channel can be sent now or placed in the planning view.

Scheduled or sent

The Spark is already planned or has a send history to review.

Review channel by channel

In the editor, the channel rail shows the state of each piece of content: email, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Google Business. Each channel has its own copy, preview, and state.

Needs review

Content is present, but should be checked before distribution.

Ready to send

Content has been validated and can go out now or be scheduled.

Scheduled / approval needed

A send already exists in planning or is waiting for Copilot approval.

Sent / needs fixing

The channel has already gone out, or the failed delivery must be corrected before retrying.

Adjust copy, style, and images

Before distribution, tune the copy and visuals in the editor. The score helps spot improvement levers, but it does not replace business review.

Copy

Edit the email subject, preheader, body, social posts, or WhatsApp message depending on the channel.

Style

Change tone or writing angle without leaving the editor.

Images

Use the image studio, an upload, or the media library, then assign the image to the active channel or to all channels.

Markets

If your workspace uses several markets, review the active variant in the right language before distribution.

Send, publish, or copy

Available actions depend on active connections. If a channel is not connected or not ready, AdSpark asks you to finish channel settings instead of sending uncertain content.

Email

Send to contacts through the active email destination, or export/copy the content if you prefer using another tool.

Meta, LinkedIn, Google Business

Publish directly when the destination is active and permissions are ready.

WhatsApp and external tools

Prepare a message to copy when direct publishing is not available.

Missing connection

The editor blocks the action and points to Settings > Channels to complete the connection.

Schedule and follow up

The Schedule button opens a dedicated modal: date, time slot, selected channels, and approval mode. Copilot mode remains recommended when you want manual validation.

Date and time

Choose today, tomorrow, this week, or a precise date with a time slot.

Several channels

If several pieces are ready, AdSpark spaces them by a few minutes to avoid saturation.

Planning

Scheduled sends can be moved, cancelled, or sent now from the planning view.

Results

Connected email sends can report opens and clicks; copies and exports are not trackable.
