AdSpark FAQ
Current product answers about campaign generation, human review, channels, data, support, access and billing.
AdSpark helps a small business turn a marketing idea into a multi-channel campaign ready to review. The product prepares the content, but you keep final approval before sending, publishing, copying or scheduling.
What AdSpark does
It turns one intent into drafts for Email, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, LinkedIn or WhatsApp depending on the channels you choose.
What you approve
Copy, image, offer, date, price, destination and send timing stay under your control.
What depends on the account
Active connections, selected market, available destinations and plan limits determine what is actionable.
Campaigns and human review
Generation opens an editor, not a hidden publish button. You can start from a Spark, edit each channel, add or replace images, then choose the right action.
Create a campaign
Describe the offer, audience, date or context. AdSpark also uses the brand, active market and existing profile information.
Edit before distribution
Every version stays editable. You can improve copy, replace a visual, remove a channel or keep the draft.
Send now or later
From the editor, you can send, publish, copy/export or schedule depending on the channel state.
Channels and connections
AdSpark does not promise the same action on every channel. A connected channel can publish or send when permissions and destinations are ready; otherwise the content remains useful as copy, export or draft.
Email can send through configured Gmail or SMTP. Contacts and groups help prepare recipients.
Meta and Google Business
Facebook, Instagram and Google Business need a valid connection, the right permissions and a selected destination.
LinkedIn and WhatsApp
These channels are handled cautiously according to their connection state. Copy or export remains available when direct publishing is not ready.
Data, contacts and images
Generated content depends on the real product context: workspace, brand or client, market, destinations, contacts and media library. The clearer this context is, the less AdSpark has to guess.
Workspace and markets
The workspace organizes brands or clients, publishing languages, destinations and members.
Contacts
Contacts mainly support email campaigns: CSV import, service imports, groups and consent checks.
Images
You can use a Spark image, upload, media library asset or AI-generated image before assigning the right visual per channel.
Trial, access and billing
The public flow may let you start without a card to test a first campaign. Monthly paid access is then managed through Stripe; the dashboard recognizes active and trialing subscription states.
Starter plan
Starter is shown at EUR 29/month for one main business, with monthly management and no long-term commitment through Stripe.
Pro and Business
Pro and Business exist on the Billing page with their quotas, but their button depends on the Stripe prices configured for your workspace.
Manage subscription
From Billing, you can open the dashboard when access is active or manage the subscription through Stripe when a Stripe customer exists.
Support and product updates
If a channel is blocked, prepare the channel name, expected destination, error message and time of the attempt. Important changes also appear in the dashboard changelog.
In-app support
The dashboard Support page is the best starting point when you are signed in.
You can also write to contact@getadspark.com with account and campaign context.
Changelog
The dashboard changelog lists product updates and documentation versions useful to users.
