Choose and connect channels

Understand which channel to connect for each goal, what ready means, and when copy/export is safer than direct publishing.

Last updated: July 1, 2026

In AdSpark, channels prepare and distribute a campaign after review. Email covers Gmail or external SMTP, Meta covers Facebook Page and Instagram Business, and Google Business covers local posts. LinkedIn can be connected separately, while WhatsApp stays cautious: the message is useful to copy when the Business Cloud API is not configured.

Email

Use Email to reach known contacts, send an offer, or re-engage an audience you already collected.

Meta

Use Meta to publish on Facebook and Instagram when the page and Business account are eligible.

Google Business

Use Google Business for local information visible from the business profile.

Choose by goal

The right channel depends less on technology than on the action you expect. AdSpark can prepare several variants, but each destination still needs review.

Bring customers back

Email is best when you have a clean list and a reliable sending address.

Show something new

Facebook and Instagram help make an offer visible, especially with a product or venue image.

Inform locally

Google Business fits opening hours, events, local offers and business updates.

Direct relationship

LinkedIn and WhatsApp can help, but check their status in the app before relying on direct publishing.

What ready means

Settings > Channels shows a state per destination. A ready channel does not publish automatically: it only enables an action from the editor or planning after your approval.

Ready

Ready connection

The connection and active destination are enough to send, publish or schedule from an approved campaign.

Action required

Finish setup

A permission, page, profile or Business account still needs to be selected or renewed.

Connect

No access yet

Start OAuth or configure SMTP depending on the channel.

Blocked

Copy or draft

Content can be prepared, but direct publishing is unavailable in the current state.

Before publishing

Generating a Spark does not distribute anything by itself. Before each send or publish action, review the copy, image, destination, date and channel limits.

Human approval

The editor keeps a visible step before Send, Publish, Schedule, Copy or Export.

Active destination

Check the right email address, Meta page, Google Business profile or social account.

Copy / export

If the channel is not ready, keep the draft and use copy/export when that is more reliable.
