Starting and access

The public flow may let you launch a first campaign without a card. When you activate a plan, Stripe creates the subscription and AdSpark then syncs the account status.

Before payment

An account can exist before full subscription. The value to test is creating a real campaign, not reading an abstract feature grid.

Active access

The dashboard treats active or trialing subscription states as usable paid access.

Visible status

Billing shows the signed-in email and current subscription status to avoid confusion after Checkout.

What is included

Plans give access to the same product core: prepare a clear campaign, review it, choose useful channels and follow what can actually be measured.

Creation and editing

Spark generation, campaign editor, per-channel variants, images and human review before distribution.

Channels and planning

Email, Meta, Google Business, LinkedIn and WhatsApp according to connections, permissions, destinations and available fallbacks.

Organization

Workspaces, brands or clients, FR/EN/ES/DE markets, destinations, contacts, media library and trackable email analytics.

Quotas and limits

Quotas are enforced at workspace level. They cover brands or clients, markets, publishing destinations and active or invited members.

Clients or brands

A brand is the business context used by generation: name, activity, tone, essence and destinations.

Languages or markets

A market carries the publishing language and linked destinations. It influences generated campaigns.

Destinations and members

Destinations are accounts, pages or listings used for publishing. Members include active access and pending invitations.

Payment and management

Payment goes through Stripe Checkout. When the Stripe webhook syncs the subscription, AdSpark stores the plan, status, period and Stripe customer linked to the account.

Choose a plan

An active button opens Stripe Checkout. If the price is not configured, the app shows Price not configured and blocks selection.

Manage subscription

An existing Stripe customer can open the Stripe portal from Billing to manage the subscription.

Synchronization

After payment, status can take a few seconds to sync. Active and trialing statuses open access.

Change, cancel or get help

If you want to change plan, check an invoice or understand a reached limit, start from Billing and contact support if the expected action is not visible.

Upgrade

Choose an available plan in Billing. Workspace quotas follow the synced plan.

Cancel

Management goes through Stripe when the portal is available for your Stripe customer.

Blocked case

Contact support if a price is still not configured, if Checkout was cancelled or if the status does not reflect payment.
