Terms of service

These terms govern the use of AdSpark, a service for preparing, generating, scheduling, publishing and monitoring multi-channel marketing content.

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These pages are published to inform users and support OAuth reviews with social platforms. The French version remains the legal reference.

Service purpose

AdSpark helps professionals, freelancers, shops, small businesses and SMEs prepare marketing content adapted to multiple channels, including email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp depending on available connections.

Access to the service

  • The user must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • The user is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential.
  • Some features may be limited during beta, by platform development mode or by authorizations granted by third-party APIs.

Connections to third-party platforms

Social connections rely on the APIs and authorization mechanisms of the relevant platforms. The user chooses which accounts to connect and which permissions to grant. A social account can be disconnected from AdSpark or from the settings of the third-party platform.

Responsibility for content

  • The user is solely responsible for the text, images, offers, links, claims and content they approve or publish.
  • The user agrees to comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, advertising rules, copyright and platform policies.
  • AdSpark may suggest AI-generated content, but the user must review and approve it before use.

Artificial intelligence

AI-generated content may contain errors, approximations or unsuitable wording. AdSpark provides creation assistance, not legal, tax, medical, financial or regulatory advice. The user must verify important information before publication.

Availability and API limits

AdSpark depends on social platforms, hosting services, payment services, social publication infrastructure, AI generation and monitoring services. Interruptions, quota changes, rejected publications, token expiry or terms changes may occur. AdSpark uses reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not guarantee absolute availability.

Payment and subscriptions

When paid plans are enabled, pricing, limits, credits or Sparks, trial conditions, renewals and cancellation terms are presented on pricing pages or inside the interface. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider.

Suspension or deletion

AdSpark may suspend or limit an account in case of abusive use, security risk, clear breach of these terms or request from a competent authority. The user may request account deletion according to the Data deletion page.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, laws or connected platforms. In case of a material change, AdSpark will inform users by reasonable means.
