Request account deletion
- Send an email to privacy@getadspark.com from the address associated with your AdSpark account.
- Use the subject line: AdSpark account deletion.
- Specify whether you want to delete the whole account or only disconnect one social platform.
- AdSpark may request identity verification if the request does not come from the account email.
Disconnect a social platform
You can revoke access to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile or another platform from AdSpark when available, or from the security settings of the relevant platform. After disconnection, AdSpark stops using the associated token and deletes or makes authorization data unusable according to applicable technical timelines.
Processing timelines
- Token revocation or deactivation: target within 24 business hours after request validation.
- Deletion of account personal data: within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
- Billing data: retained up to 10 years where required by law.
- Backups: progressive deletion according to retention cycles.
Effects of deletion
- Scheduled publications may be cancelled.
- Tokens and social connections are revoked or deleted.
- Drafts, content, media and statistics linked to the account are deleted or anonymized where possible.
- Content already published on third-party platforms must also be managed directly on those platforms if you want it removed from their service.
Meta deletion callback
This page provides user-facing instructions. When a platform requires a technical deletion callback, AdSpark plans a separate endpoint dedicated to receiving and processing automated notifications.
